6:30am wake up time today and breakfast at 7:45am. Cold and uncomfortable night last night resulted in very little sleep. Hit the road @8:20am and made to Danagyu by 9:10am. Filled up all 3 litre water bottles with clean fresh drinking water at the refil station. Next was the steep stairs and switch back trail up from Danagyu to Timang Besi. We passed through Timang at about 12:15pm and continued to Thanchok. Before reaching Thanchok there was a steep decent into a gorge with a suspension bridge at the bottom. We reached this at 1:15pm and climbed back up to arrive at Thanchok @1:45pm. We ate lunch there and finally started the final stretch to Chame @3:15pm. It took 2 more hours to arrive at Chame @5:15pm. After a pointless walk to the far side of town to see if any guest houses were open there we doubled back to the center of Chame and checked into the Hotel Marshyangdi Mandala (the nicest guest house so far). 2 beds, 2 dinner, 2 breakfast, 2 hot buckets of water, tea and coffee: 3260NRs

From here the trail continued to follow the Marsyangdi River North West cut out along a sheer cliff face.

The trail connected back up with the road not long after this for a while and then turned across a suspension bridge and up some steep switch backs about 200m.
